Joel Hanson(喬伊.漢森)曾經是榮獲過格萊美獎和基督搖滾音樂和平鴿獎(Dove Award)的美國福音樂隊(PFR)的
成員主唱和吉他手。在1997年PFR解體之後，他走上了單飛的音樂道路，但2000年PFR又重新組合起來，並且先後
推出了《Captured》和《 Broken》兩張專輯。但是並未取得理想的效果，直到他與Sara Groves合作的一首單曲
