解決404錯誤。

今天，上傳1.2G視頻，報“Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET”錯誤。

原來是上傳設置的 1073741824大小為1G,所以把兩處1073741824 改為1610612736，可以支持1.5G，就不會報錯了。
