AKAP95 mainly promotes inclusion of exons globally.

To assess the global impact of AKAP95 on AS, we depleted 耗盡 AKAP95 in human 293 cells and mouse ES cells, and performed RNA-seq followed by DEXseq analysis29 to identify the differential exon usage in the cellular mRNAs.
