f[i][j]表示前i個數,逆序對數為j的答案

則DP方程為:

f[1][0] = 1;
    for(i = 2; i <= n; i++)
        for(j = 0; j <= m; j++)
            for(k = j; k < j + i; k++)
                f[i][k] = (f[i][k] + f[i - 1][j]) % p;

但是會超時

所以搞個前綴和優化一下
