通過cmd進入Apache的bin文件夾，然後使用以下兩個命令查看是否端口被占用：

netstat -ano|findstr "端口號"

tasklist|findstr "進程號"

在通過以上兩個步驟檢查後發現端口未被占用，接著突然想到重啟Apache服務，重啟過後，

在瀏覽器地址欄輸入http://localhost:86/，顯示出成功界面。此處記錄完畢。
