這個問題困擾了我兩次，分別說一下原因：
1. 如網上一些網友所言，是在配置Spring的標簽庫的時候有拼寫錯誤或者遺漏。下面貼一個標準3.0的吧：

2. 第二次也報這個錯誤，追究了一下原因，是Lib缺少某些包，在對標簽解析的時候報錯。這個在網上說的比較少，記錄一下。供大家參考吧！

3.解決錯誤就是把版本號修改下，對應你使用的語法版本就不報錯了
