解決方法：

1.清除C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\npm下面的node_modules

2.將npm的緩存清除

3.將npm重新升級
　　npm install -g npm
4.重新執行 ionic start AppName

5.創建成功就或打開一個網頁
