使用Dell EMC SupportAssist Enterprise 來檢查DELL服務器硬件故障
DELL的官方解釋是：SupportAssist Enterprise應用程序可自動為戴爾服務器、存儲、網絡和機箱設備提供技術支持。SupportAssist Enterprise可監控您的戴爾設備，並主動檢測可能發生的硬件問題。檢測到硬件問題時，SupportAssist Enterprise會通過戴爾技術支持自動打開支持案例並向您發送電子郵件通知。SupportAssist Enterprise將自動收集對問題進行故障診斷所需的數據並安全地發送給戴爾技術支持。收集的數據可幫助戴爾技術支持為您提供增強的高效個性化支持體驗。

如RH5不支持
- 安裝
文件supportassistenterprise_1.0.0.49.bin 放置到/tmp目錄（當然也可以在其他目錄，個人習慣）
給文件賦予744權限
然後執行./supportassistenterprise_1.x.x.bin
屏幕上將顯示“Welcome to the Dell SupportAssist Enterprise Installer”（歡迎訪問Dell SupportAssist Enterprise安裝程序）消息。
緊接著屏幕上將顯示“SupportAssist Enterprise License Agreement”（SupportAssist Enterprise許可證協議）。
一大堆英文，然後結尾是

If at any time you choose to remove the SupportAssist application and stop sending in formation to Dell, uninstall SupportAssist: On Windows, open the “Uninstall or change a program” window, select "SupportAssist", click the "Change‘ button, and follow the instructions on the screen. 使用瀏覽器輸入
https://ip:5700/SupportAssist 會打開如下界面
註：SupportAssist後面是resx/login.jsp不用輸入
這個時候輸入操作系統的管理員賬號和密碼即可登錄
4、登陸後可以查看已安裝服務的設備
這裏我塗抹的IP就是本機IP，我沒有安裝SNMP和OMSA
可以通過添加或導入多個設備
5、查看設備硬件情況
勾選設備後即可看見設備的概述，包括型號、SN、操作系統版本
點擊添加設備旁邊的開始收集，稍等片刻即可完成數據收集（），並在收集選項卡看到收集到的數據
從結果上看，這臺機器硬件有了問題，很直觀，左邊有紅叉的就代表故障，明顯指向了系統-風扇
看詳情系統風扇壞了1組半，確實夠危險的。應該及時更換了。
從結構化日誌上來看，有252的嚴重錯誤和2個警告
