1 首選安裝Zookper,下載zookeeper-3.5.3-beta版本，在這裏我主要演示這個；下載地址:http://mirrors.hust.edu.cn/apache/zookeeper/

下面是Zookper的安裝目錄：

2 進入conf文件夾進行配置，這裏主要配置的是zookper工作數據的目錄和日誌的目錄；我的配置如下：

　　修改zoo_sample.cfg為zoo.cfg

# The number of ticks that can pass between 
# sending a request and getting an acknowledgement

再之後啟動zkServer.cmd：

類似如上圖的界面：證明Zookper連接成功，也可以啟動客戶端連接下；

3 下載dubbo的源碼包，這裏可以去Github上下載，下載完成後如下：

4 看到dubbo-admin文件夾：就對這個文件夾進行打包就OK啦；

　　運行cmd:輸入 mvn package -Dmaven.skip.test=true 命令即可打包；

　　之後將打好的包放在tomcat下面的webapp下，啟動tomcat之後，訪問http://localhost:8096/dubbo-admin-2.5.8/ 用戶名：root 密碼：root
