Converter 轉換時“A general system error occurred:SSL.
在使用Converter進行P2V或V2V轉換時，碰到了如下報錯，導致無法進行下去“A general system error occurred: SSL Exception: error:14077102:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:unsupported protocol”。
處理方式如下：
1.顯示隱藏文件，在如下路徑下（以Win7為例）找到4個配置文件：
C:\ProgramData\VMware\VMware vCenter Converter Standalone
-converter-server.xml
-converter-worker.xml
C:\Program Files (x86)\VMware\VMware vCenter Converter Standalone
-converter-client.xml
2.先將這4個文件復制一份做備份以免需要恢復時使用。右擊這4個文件都依次使用記事本編輯，找到： <sslOptions> 123422720 <sslOptions>，然後將“123422720 ”替換成“56313856”，保存後關閉：
3.重啟服務中的Converter三個服務：
4.然後再運行converter程序，此時就不會再報錯了：
