2.添加一下參數到mysql配置文件‘/usr/local/mysql/my.cnf’
--skip-grant-tables

3.啟動mysql
service mysql start

4.執行一下命令進入mysql
mysql

5.更新密碼註意這是mysql5.7的方式
mysql>update mysql.user set authentication_string=password(‘123456‘) where user=‘root‘ and Host =‘localhost‘;

    5.7之前的應該這樣改：
    update user set password=password("123") where user="root";
 

6.去掉配置文件添加的參數‘--skip-grant-tables’，重啟mysql，就ok了
