1.到官網找到最新版本的的vmware 這裏我用的是當時最新的 7.1.4 build-385536

2.在root下通過命令chmod u+x 給安裝包執行權限，再安裝，應該沒有問題

3.剛安裝完了以後(最好重啟一下)，啟動，出現錯誤(在redhat5.4版本沒有此問題)：

C header files matching your running kernel were not found. Refer to
your distribution‘s documentation for installation instructions.

出現這樣的問題，就是沒有安裝對應內核的開發包，如果可以上網的話yum install kernel-devel來安裝

如果不能上網，有rpm的源碼包的話找：kernel-devel-2.6.35.11-83.fc14.i686 我的內核版本是2.6.35.11-83.fc14.i686

4.安裝好了以後，運行vm 可以了
