1、 阿爾卑斯山上的玫瑰
其實這裡的玫瑰,極有可能是阿爾卑斯山上著名的“高山玫瑰杜鵑”,德語名為“Alpenrose”(阿爾卑斯山的玫瑰)。它生長在阿爾卑斯山的高山地帶,開花期是5-7月,色彩鮮豔,當地農民稱之為“真正的高山玫瑰”。它之所以能夠在極度嚴酷的環境中生長,是因為它有著能防止脫水的幹細胞,這種幹細胞具有再生的屬性,能讓植物在它的存活期內不斷地產生新細胞。此外,它還具有高含量的多酚粗提液成分(能抵抗病毒和細菌)、花旗鬆素、抗氧化劑和抗病毒成分,這些元素都能夠幫助它充分抵禦極乾旱環境。
