本人的環境：
1.基於spring boot 2.0.4的 spring cloud(Finchley.SR1)
2.分為eureka,merber,order。order通過Fegin的方式呼叫merber的一個方法
困惑：
遠端呼叫 利用註解@HystrixCommand的方式熔斷器可以起作用,

但是利用這種方式就不行
