Python呼叫Matlab的混合程式設計

一. 配置方法:

找到Matlab安裝根目錄,比如D:\matlab,然後進入D:\matlab\extern\engines\python目錄中,Shift+右鍵-->“在此處開啟命令視窗”,

1.有管理員許可權的,用 管理員許可權執行:python setup.py install

2.無管理員許可權的,將installdir新增到Python的包搜尋路徑中,再加入到PYTHONPATH環境變數中即可:python setup.py build --build-base builddir install --install-base installdir


二. 使用方法:

#Start and quit
import matlab.engine
eng = matlab.engine.start_matlab()
eng.quit()

#Call Matlab Functions:
#Just call with form eng.xxx()
#the function xxx should in the namespace of matlab.


#Asynchronously Call

四. 注意點

比起C++ Engine的API,Python Engine的最牛逼之處就是可以直接以原生的形式呼叫Matlab內建函式,而不是用Eval方法。當然,如果你想用也是一點問題都沒有的。同時,變數的存取再也不用和一堆mxArray以及它們的ADT打交道了,直接以字典的形式對engine.workspace進行存取即可。顯然比C++的呼叫方式更為科學。
