1. 獲取指定畫素值的座標

2. 對於模式為L的影象：8位畫素，黑色和白色（0和255）;
   模式為P的影象：8位畫素，使用調色盤對映到其他模式（PASCAL VOC裡的分割資料是P模式）
   在我的圖片中，將L轉換成P後，0畫素值部分轉換成1， 255畫素值部分轉換成0
