網上找到的解決方案如下：

1. 下載java jdk，並安裝java jdk。下載地址：http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk7-downloads-1880260.html

2. 在eclipse的選單中，進入 Window > Preferences > Java > Installed JREs > Execution Environments，選擇JavaSE-1.6, 在右側選擇jdk.

3. 然後在maven選單中使用 “update project ...”.

後來通過同事指點，需要執行下以步驟：

Maven update

Maven clean

project clean
build project

然後再重複的執行Maven Install，直到打包成功為止。
