繁榮國家數學教育，堅持“知識共享”許可原則
    上世紀60年代，魯賓遜創立非標準分析。由此，魯賓遜與當時的許多數學家堅信非標準數學將會促進傳統的標準數學的發展。歷史事實也證明了這一點。
    進入二十一世紀，於2001年1月15日，“知識共享”許可協議（CC by 3。0、4.0）出現，對數學創作產生重大影響。
站在此刻時間“節點”上，談論繁榮國家數學教育離不開“知識共享”許可協議的作用，否則，是脫離實際的空談。
實際情況是，2001年，魯賓遜微積分教材最早宣佈遵循“知識共享”許可協議，允許數學創作內容相互“分享”與混合“改編”，極大地促進了現代數學教育事業的發展與繁榮，我們國家亦不例外。
2018年8月10日至今，向全國普通高校投放電子版非標準微積分教材（992頁）已經完成4輪。今天，第五輪投放已經啟動。
    我們認為，繁榮國家數學教育，堅持“知識共享”許可原則，拒絕創作“私有”。
