原因應該是你輸入Git commit 然後回車，導致沒有出commit而導致的錯誤就算你推出Git從新進入還是會報錯誤，
怎麼做？
到你的Git資料夾去
然後會發現資料夾裡面多了一個.git檔案
開啟.git檔案，然後找到index.lock刪除就好啦
