使用InstallUtil.exe安裝一個用.NET寫的Windows服務時，報錯了，錯誤資訊如下：

Exception occurred while initializing the installation:

System.IO.FileLoadException: Colud not load file or assembly 'xxxxxx' or one of its dependencies. Operation is not supported. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131515)

右鍵exe檔案，最下面有個解除鎖定按鈕，點選下。再執行installutil.exe，問題解決。
