第一步：下載軟體及破解工具。

第二步：軟體安裝及破解參照如下步驟
1、安裝licensemanager，問license時，單擊cancel，然後finish；
2、安裝cadence的product；
3、在工作管理員中結束掉cdsNameServer.exe和cdsMsgServer.exe（可能只有一個，也可能沒有）
注意執行pubkey之前要把pspice目錄下的orsimsetup.dll拷出來 這個patch後是不能進行模擬設定的（他人曰）；
4、把LicenseManager資料夾下pubkey、pubkey1.3.exe和lLicenseManager.bat放到Cadence\LicenseManager目錄下並執行LicenseManager.bat; 然後用壓縮包裡的cdslmd.exe替換Cadence\LicenseManager資料夾下相應檔案；
5、把SPB_16.6資料夾下的pubkey、pubkey.exe和Tools.bat放到Cadence\SPB_16.5\tools目錄下並執行Tools.bat,
如果ToolsPubkey.bat執行的時候提示pubkey命令窗口出現任何can not open …… 或者是 diff pubkey等字樣（出線的話，相應的工具就不能破解）
6、開啟LicGen資料夾雙擊licgen.bat生成新的license.lic，留意hostname必須要為計算機名(即更改license.lic檔案中第一行的"hostname"為自己的計算機名)；LIC位置可以隨便放，
7、到Cadence\LicenseManager目錄下雙擊LicenseServerConfiguration.exe, 指定新生成的license.lic並點選Next，注意Port Number的是固定的5280，後面的Host Name是自己的計算機名，必須正確填寫。其它保持預設，點選Starting啟動服務,程式會生成兩個檔案License.dat和debug.log，然後點選 finish。
8、執行Cadence\LicenseManager目錄下的 lmtools.exe，選擇Config Services標籤，這時會看到Path to the license file和Path to the debug log file 這兩個路徑就是上面提到的那兩個檔案的路徑。Path to the license file：這裡可以選擇license.dat 和license.lic，一般保持預設即可。接著到Start/Stop/Reread標籤，先點選stop sever，左下角會有提示"stoping server"，再啟動start server下面會有server提示啟動成功。到此破解安裝完成，折騰了好久！！！
