1引入Bootstrap
1.1進入bootstrap官網
1.2使用bootstrap
1.2.1helloworld

1.2.2css樣式操作api

到此，bootstrap的檔案已經引入到專案中了，也大致介紹了bootstrap的使用方式。暫時不寫前端程式碼，只是引入bootstrap需要的js，css等
2配置web.xml檔案
2.1配置sping
2.1.1 說明：這裡配置的sping與單獨使用spring時的配置不一樣
2.1.1 web.xml中如下配置
