MTK MT2625 Product Overview  

MT2625平臺概述：

MTK MT2625是圍繞一個高度整合的晶片組建立的，其中包括一個微控制器單元(MCU)、一個低功耗窄帶物聯網收發器和一個電源管理單元(PMU)。該微控制器單元是一個帶有浮點單元的ARM Cortex-M4處理器，集成了最多32 Mb pSRAM和至多32 Mb快閃記憶體。

Nb-IoT收發信機包括無線電、基帶和MAC，設計用於低功耗和多波段通訊支援，支援波段包括EUTRA 1、2、3、5、8、12、13、17、18、19、20、25、26、28、66和70。可選波段為EUTRA 11、21、31和71。

MT2625還支援UART、I2C、SPI、I2S、PWM、SDIO、ADC、USB、USIM和鍵盤等介面。
