原因
上午SVN伺服器故障，提交了一次但是沒有成功，然後下午提交的時候就報了這個錯誤。這是因為SVN為了保護檔案的正確性將SVN上一次的操作鎖住了。
解決辦法
選擇要更新的專案檔案，右鍵clearn up，勾選 "clean up working copy status"項和"break write locks"項就可以解決問題
