解決方式：1、首先刪除Python，根據自己的版本。我的python-3.6-32位的。

                  2、在次安裝python軟體，安裝成功後，在次輸入pip系統報：

C:\Users\Administrator>pip
'pip' 不是內部或外部命令，也不是可執行的程式
或批處理檔案。

                 3、C:\Python\Python36-32\Scripts下的pip.exe程式拷貝到C:\Python\Python36-32目錄下。在次執行pip如下：

C:\Users\Administrator>pip

  download                    Download packages.
  uninstall                   Uninstall packages.
