使用vue時Module build failed: TypeError: this._init is not a function錯誤的解決方法

這個例子中Webpack的版本是2.1.0-beta.27。在這個版本中，loader不能用簡寫省去 -loader 的形式。因此vue-loader應該使用全拼的形式。
webpack.config.js 檔案應該改成這樣：

},改完後，系統就正常運行了。
