IT之家12月26日訊息 據日經新聞報道，夏普將在明年春天分拆旗下半導體業務，成為一家獨立的子公司。

此前日經新聞援引知情人士訊息稱，富士康將與子公司夏普、珠海市政府成立合資公司，投資額達約600億元人民幣（90億美元）。知情人士還透露稱，富士康計劃最早2020年啟動晶片工廠建設。不過據彭博社報道，夏普否認計劃與鴻海合資建設這一工廠。
