雷軍：新來的同事格式化了我的電腦，從此走上當CEO的不歸路
IT之家12月24日訊息 日前，在金山集團三十週年慶典上，雷軍發表演講，分享了他的兩個故事來詮釋金山三十年的祕訣。這兩個故事分別關於程式設計師和夢想。其中最有趣的就是程式設計師的故事。在經過從程式設計師到CEO的轉變後，金山得到快速發展。
在談到程式設計師的故事時，雷軍稱，金山有濃厚的程式設計師文化，所有人都喜歡寫程式，而雷軍覺得在金山寫程式能成就功名偉業，所以毫不猶疑的加入金山。但是剛入金山沒多久，雷軍發現，金山並沒有他想象的那麼美好，後來金山人數擴大到100多人，求伯君讓雷軍暫時當著金山的總經理，雷軍就白天當總經理，晚上加班幹程式設計師。雷軍心裡還在想，我有沒有可能在當總經理的同時還能把程式設計師幹好？
