分析: 
    <1> java.io.FileNotFoundException: Could not open ServletContext resource [/WEB-INF/config/application.properties]
    無法找到資原始檔,應該是配置檔案路徑不對。
    比如本例:/WEB-INF/config/common/application.properties 正確路徑是這個。
    <2> 如果application.properties直接放在 classpath:application.properties下spring會自動載入,
    不需要再在applicationContext.xml中引入。
    <3> 如果需求要對載入的application.properties的值做些加密操作的話,只需要繼承PropertyPlaceholderConfigurer,實現類中重寫processProperties(ConfigurableListableBeanFactory beanFactory, Properties props)方法即可。
