國際區號+手機號正則校驗

專案中設計國際簡訊的傳送,就需要檢查國際區號與手機號是否匹配,也要校驗手機號是否正確從而決定是否呼叫簡訊通道

這裡是一個儲存一些手機號正則表示式的列舉
