Responsibilities • Help design organizational structure to enable the company to grow to $20M in revenue • Establish quarterly business metrics and help lead the team to achieve company goals • Assess current supply chain for getting food from customers to the community and implement new processes/tools to improve efficiency and allow for rapid scaling • Analyze and manage key business development opportunities for top-line growth and distribution scale • Manage all operational elements of the company -- specifically finance, accounting, legal, and HR. Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets. • Assist CEO with fundraising rounds, pitch decks, and materials • Work with CEO and Head of Sales to develop sales & business development strategy

Requirements • Experience working in startups leading a broad set of company operations, or at a large company leading an organization • Experience growing a business and managing P&L • Experience selling to or consulting for large enterprise clients (preferably in software and/or food & beverage industries) • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development • Analytical and execution oriented • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills • Displays company values

You’re not afraid to fail -- while you do not actively and blindly seek failure, you know how to efficiently and effectively apply these learnings. You can fundamentally support the team in getting the right things done quickly to execute on our product and sales strategies and to help develop and scale the business.
