1 $ vim ~/.pip/pip.conf

在config中做如下配置：

1 [global]
2 index-url = http://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/
3 [install]
4 trusted-host = mirrors.aliyun.com

trusted-host一定要設定，不然會報錯：

1 The repository located at mirrors.aliyuncs.com is
 
 not a trusted or secure host and is being ignored. If this repository is available via HTTPS it is recommended to use HTTPS instead, otherwise you may silence this warning and allow it anyways with ‘–trusted-host mirrors.aliyuncs.com’.

升級OK!

（二）pycharm 中設定阿里雲Repository 地址

File --->Settings -->

管理倉庫

編輯 或者 新增 隨意

修改為  https://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/
結束，縱享絲滑.....
