對於好多地圖愛好者，由於保（眾）密（所）嚴（周）格（知），獲取高精度的資料不是個容易事，幸虧有了可愛的 OpenStreetMap 。

ArcGIS Editor for OpenStreetMap 是一個免費開源的 ArcGIS Desktop 外掛。上個月Esri官網提供可用於Desktop 10.3 的最新版本外掛。

下載之後，有32位和64位兩個安裝包，如果你安裝了Desktop的64位後臺GP補丁，就把64位的外掛程式也安裝上。

這裡我就推薦兩個最常用的工具。

Download OSM Data

下載的範圍，可以通過手工填寫座標指定，也可以根據ArcMap現有的圖層範圍進行指定，這個方便又好用。

Load OSM Data

如果你已經從 OpenStreetMap 下載了 *.osm 資料檔案，那就用這個工具匯入 GDB 即可。簡單到沒什麼可說的，請看圖。

有個關鍵問題，注意：

How much of the OSM data can I download?

The ArcGIS Editor for OpenStreetMap uses the OpenStreetMap API, which limits downloads to an area of 0.5 by 0.5 degrees or 50,000 nodes
