關於eclipse安裝spring外掛報錯An error occurred while collecting items to be installed...解決方案
本文以eclipse4.7安裝sts3.9.0為例，解決報錯

線上安裝
開啟eclipse->Help->Install new software->Add,在Name中輸入Spring（名字隨意），Location中輸入http://dist.springsource.com/release/TOOLS/update/e4.7/
點選OK，並選擇需要安裝的四個IDE
一路Next，等待安裝，在中途可能出現

這個報錯。
解決方案：
開啟Window->Preferences->Install/Update->Available software Sites,將Oracle Enterprise Pack For Eclipse改為disable
然後按照以上步驟重新安裝，即可成功！
