升級glibc到2.14

今天執行一個例程,出現了/lib64/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.14' not found問題,把解決過程簡單記錄一下。

系統環境: centos6.2 

現象:

[root@localhost nvEncodeApp]# ./nvEncoder 
./nvEncoder: /lib64/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.14' not found (required by ./nvEncoder)

好吧,人家需要的是'GLIBC_2.14',先檢視一下當前系統glibc的情況:

[root@localhost build]# strings /lib64/libc.so.6 |grep GLIBC

好吧,確實沒有,那簡單粗暴,安裝一下。

1. glibc下載

2. 安裝

因為glibc庫使用廣泛,為了避免汙染當前系統環境,最好自定義安裝目錄,使用時定義一下環境變數就行了。具體步驟如下:

[root@localhost ~]# tar xvf glibc-2.14.tar.gz
[root@localhost ~]# cd glibc-2.14
[root@localhost glibc-2.14]# mkdir build
[root@localhost glibc-2.14]# cd ./build
[root@localhost build]# ../configure --prefix=/opt/glibc-2.14
[root@localhost build]# make -j4
[root@localhost build]# make install
3. 測試
