struts2出現Unable to load configuration.
新建了一個struts2.1.6專案，程式碼什麼的都沒有新增 呢，就一個Hello world , web.xml與struts.xml配置正常，釋出專案到tomcat7.0中，當啟動tomcat時報錯：
Unable to load configuration. - bean - jar:file:/D:..........lib/struts2-core-2.1.6.jar!/struts-default.xml:46:178
頁面可以正常顯示，但有上述報錯。
找了好多原因，什麼重新配置tomcat ，什麼重啟電腦，都不行。最後仔細閱讀報錯資訊，去tomcat伺服器上刪掉髮布的專案，再重新發布，問題解決
