IDEA全域性Maven

步驟一：
File > Other Settings > Settings for New Projects…

步驟二：
Build,Execution,Deployment > Build Tools > Maven

步驟三：
配置settings.xml
把settings.xml檔案直接往IDEA里拉，把多餘的註釋和節點刪掉

需要注意的是重啟IDEA ，才能生效。
