如果包類似的錯誤就到本地maven倉庫找到org.apache.maven:maven-artifact-manager:pom:2.0.6根據版本找到對應目錄看裡面的目錄是否包含m2e-lastUpdated.properties類似最後更新的檔案，或者刪除此目錄下的所有檔案，原因是檔案下載不完整需要重新下載，刪除掉後回到工程重新更新依賴（update dependencies）
