網上找的解決辦法，在excel2016中試過後，有效。
1、開啟需要破解保護密碼的Excel檔案；
2、選單--檢視--巨集--錄製巨集--輸入巨集名（自定義xx）--確定；
3、選單--檢視--巨集--停止錄製；（得到一個空巨集）
4、選單--檢視--巨集--檢視巨集（xx）--編輯；
5、刪除彈出視窗中的所有內容，將下面的程式碼複製貼上到視窗中；
