程式設計師選擇工作機會的目標：工作環境，薪水，發展平臺。
wind river一個研發部門的做法是：
基本上是量化和人性化結合, 會有一些硬的指標來打分給每個人
1.責任心；(很重要)
2.技術背景及技術能力；(權重係數50%)
3.團隊合作力；
4.潛力
根據他所從事工作在所有工作中的難度權重來定，比如有些人做的事情簡單，有些人做的事情很有挑戰，其完成結果是
不可一概而論。
沒有責任心或責任心比較弱的人，基本上不太指望他。
根據實際能力和以往的工作經驗來定，通常我反對臨時給一個人加派他沒做過的事情，我會有意識的把工作歸類，讓特
定的人做特定的事情，這樣可以讓每個人有一定的延續性。
