【自頂向下】設計一個列印當月日曆的程式

  1. 列印當月日曆,可以被分為兩個子問題:獲取使用者輸入、列印日曆。
  2. 使用cin來讀取輸入,而列印日曆再次分為兩個子問題:列印日曆頭、列印日曆主體。
  3. 日曆頭又包含:月份、年份、星期。
  4. 列印日曆體需要知道:當月第一天是星期幾、當月有多少天、哪一年是閏年、每個月有多少天。
