BZOJ5317:[JSOI2018]戰爭(閔可夫斯基和)

\(a\in A,b\in B\) 則移動向量 \(\omega\) 使得存在 \(b+\omega=a\)
那麽 \(\omega\) 需要滿足 \(\omega=a?b\)
黑科技:閔可夫斯基和
直接構造閔可夫斯基和 \(C={a+(?b)}\)
余下問題便是判斷輸入的移動向量是否在 \(C\)
可以強行使凸包的最下面為 \((0,0)\),這樣只要找到與坐標軸夾角最接近的邊就好了
