解決方案：

貌似是eclipse的bug，需要改動eclipse.ini。

改動如下：

新增：

-vm
碟符:/jdk路徑/..../bin/
 
java.exe
-startup
plugins/org.eclipse.equinox.launcher_1.0.200.v20090520.jar

非常感謝，我用了更狠的方法，直接刪除了eclipse.ini後問題解決。
