1、首先明確印表機的型號，需要下載XP系統對於的驅動器。

2、Go to the folder where you saved the file and double-click the file. This executable extracts the driver to a specified directory. Once this is done, it opens up an "Add Printer" dialog. For future installations, you can get to this dialog through Start -> Control Panel

3、選取【新增本地印表機】

4、Choose Create a new port with type Local Port

5、輸入\\IP\印表機機器的名稱，比如：\\192.168.0.201\printername

6、Next step is to install the driver. Click on "Have Disk ..." and choose the location where you extracted the driver on step 3. Choose "Xerox Global Printer Driver PS".

需要注意的是第五步，可能會出現的問題：

服務停止了：
一般有workstation，server，computer browser這三個服務，檢查是否停止，設為自動然後啟動即可。還有個什麼Printer什麼的。

如果不行：
workstation、server服務無法系統，找到與自己系統相同的系統，進入SYSTEM32/DRIVERS資料夾，找到RDBSS.SYS和MRXSMB.SYS檔案。拷備到自己系統的對應位置就可以了。啟動WORKSTATION服務。
解除安裝網絡卡，重新安裝。
網路連線屬性中的“Microsoft 網路客戶端”和“Microsoft 網路的檔案和印表機共享”選中
 

2、可能會顯示錯誤的使用者名稱和密碼

在cmd下面執行\\IP\印表機機器的名稱，會提示你輸入使用者名稱和口令，輸入正確的使用者名稱和口令即可。
