A weakness that i have is that i don’t like to do public speaking and i get nervous when i have to give a presentation in front of other people.
i realize that i won’t need to do any public speaking in this job,but i want to overcome this fear, so that when the time comes, i’ll be prepared.
to combat my fear of public speaking, I am looking for a part-time job in the summer time，which is mainly about for recommending an educational institution to the parents waitting outside the school to pick up children. I need to keep talking to strangers which is really now for me .But step by step, i feel that it is very easy for me. After this period of time, i have become a better and confident speaker.
