環境：oracle10g

系統：CentOS6.4

開始的時候，在節點1上執行root.sh發現出現90s 的時候hang住了，結束掉，結局完事後，再次執行root.sh報錯

解決辦法：

這裡是一個檔案搞的，

刪除檔案/etc/oracle/scls_scr/rac1/oracle/cssfatal 

在所有執行過root.sh的機器上都要刪除掉
