IDEA開發工具12---pip升級帶來安裝外掛錯誤

pip升級到10.0.1後,IDEA自動安裝第三方包,會丟擲異常:AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'main'



原因:新版pip修改了部分api,如將pip.main()改為了pip_main()

將報錯目錄下的packaging_tools.py換為新版的:
