ggplot2 PCA散點圖繪制

sep coo transform value borde sha map legend plot

分別利用顏色(colour)和形狀(shape i.e. pch)進行分組很多屬性需要單獨設置。

用到的對象有

  • 數據映射(Aes,Data aesthetic mappings)
  • 幾何屬性(Geom,Geometric objects)
  • 統計轉換(Stat,Statistical transformations)
  • 標度(Scales)
  • 坐標系(xlab, ylab, coor, coordinate system)
  • 主題(theme)

暫時未用到分面(faceting)
