█ 問題：

　●　蘋果開發者協議更新後，跳不出同意按鈕
　●　有提示需要編輯手機號碼(以前沒填寫)，修改後還是一樣
　●　部分人換了好幾張手機卡測試(和運營商沒關係)，結果還是一樣
　●　部分人反應，在4月21號操作，可以成功，之後操作的就沒成功　
　●　其實以前有遇到過類似的，換下瀏覽器就可以了，這次換了好幾個(360、Safari和Chrome等)都沒效果…..
　●　打開發者客服4006701855 ，雙休，週六就不要打了，接通後，問了下身份資訊後，說需要繫結的手機號機主自己去打！
　●　400要收市話費的，800是免費，據說很多同仁都打到手機停機，都沒接通。而接通的，很多都有打了半小時以上，當然也有遇到好的，9點準備去搶撥，然後幾分鐘就接通了；也有可憐的打了一小時也是在等待中…
　　

█ 操作：

　●　首寫登入開發者後臺，提示協議更新：
　
　　The updated Apple Developer Program License Agreement needs to be reviewed.
　　In order to update your existing apps and submit new apps to the App Store, the user with the Legal role (Team Agent) must review and accept the updated agreement in their account on the developer website.

【account on the developer website】，提示需要【Edit Phone Number】：

　　The Apple Developer Program License Agreement has been updated.
In order to access certain membership resources, you must accept the latest license agreement. First, you’ll need to update the mobile phone number associated with your Apple ID. Your mobile phone number must be based in your country/region. Edit this number in the Account section of appleid.apple.com, and return to your developer account to continue.

APPID的登入介面，提示需要【安全問題】認證，不知道的就通過郵箱找回，方法後面會說到：

　●　點選【Edit/編輯】，並點選【Add More…】新增手機號碼：

　●　如此就新增成功了，但是你會發現，部分賬號，這樣操作後，就會有【同意】開發者協議的按鈕，部分賬號還是和之前的一樣！


　

█ 解決：

　●　蘋果國內伺服器 跟 美國那邊同步有問題，需要修改 apple id 的 【國家/地區】

　●　修改 apple id 的 【國家/地區】，會提示：
　
　●　之後提示輸入【付款和送貨】，需要輸入賬單寄送地址和電話，隨意寫，又不用驗證碼，也沒買東西：

　●　儲存，重新登入後，就可以出現【同意】的按鈕

█ 總結：

　●　蘋果國內伺服器 跟 美國那邊同步有問題，需要修改 apple id 的【付款資訊】→→ 【國家/地區】
　●　方法： accout(賬號) →→ country(國際/地區) → → HongKong(香港) →→payment info(付款方式)→→ 隨便填(不用付款) ，前面繫結的電話可以填寫 中國的號碼
　●　另外，也可以通過Mac端或者iPhone端登入iCloud 更改【付款資訊】中的【國家/地區】；新增手機號，也一樣可以用手機登入apple id， 在設定裡編輯“聯絡方式”，新增手機號。
　●　其實不一定要香港，我們大可修改為臺灣、墨西哥、土耳其等其他地方，但不可以中國大陸。
