 那麼這個使用者就是釋出的使用者了 ， 使用者就要設定角色tomcat-user.xml

 看到沒 ， 反正就是你沒有許可權 ， 按照我說的 ， tomcat-user.xml配置使用者最大許可權 ， 配置了還報錯那是因為你tomcat服務沒有重啟的緣故
